Policies & Procedures
RETURNS
All returns must be en-route back to Race Werks within 30 days of receipt, excluding defective products. Defective products must be returned within the time constraints imposed by that particular products warranty. In order to receive full credit, all non-warranty returns must be in pristine condition, unused, clean but unwashed, free from smelling of smoke, pets and/or perfume, in original condition and in original, undamaged packaging WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Returns not meeting these criteria are subject to refusal or restocking fees. Restocking fees are determined on an order by order basis and are a function of product condition, packaging condition and timing of return. Please include a filled out copy of the Return and Exchange paperwork that accompanied your order and a copy of the invoice with any special instructions you may have. If you do not have a copy of the Return and Exchange paperwork you may download and print a copy here. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend insuring all returns. Please retain a copy of the return tracking number until credit or exchange has been completed.
RACEWERKS WEEKLY PERKS
RaceWerks would like to introduce our new RaceWerks Weekly Perks. This will be a random item featured on our home page at a price that you definitely won't want to miss. Items will be displayed early on Wednesday and will be on the site while supplies last or until removed early Thursday Mountain Standard Time.
*We will honor discounts on identical items previously purchased within 7 days of the start of promotion. Under no circumstances will there be any exceptions to this condition. Offers may not be combined with any other promotion, discount or price matched product(s).
SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE
Sale and clearance pricing is non-negotiable & cannot be applied to previously purchased merchandise. Some sale or discounted items can only be returned for in-house credit or exchange. This will be indicated in the product write description. If there is any question regarding this policy, please call customer service at 1-800-741-3985.
WRONG SIZE
If you need to return a product for exchange due to incorrect sizing, Race Werks will cover the outbound ground shipping charges on the first exchange. Return shipping charges for the incorrectly sized product are purchasers responsibility. All shipping charges will become the purcher's responsibility for any further exchanges or if a shipping method other than ground service is required.
If you require a service other than Ground, shipping charges will become purchaser's responsibility.

Videos may be returned for same title replacement only.
LOSS, DAMAGES, CLAIMS IN TRANSIT
Race Werks will not be responsible for any parcels lost, damaged or held up in transit. We ship only new, unused products in appropriate, undamaged packaging. Please inspect all products
and packaging immediately upon receipt. If you receive an opened, damaged or crushed parcel you must bring it to the courier's attention IMMEDIATELY. Failure to do so may reduce the chances
for a successful claim with the shipping company.
SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 2 business days of receipt. All U.S. orders are shipped either Fed-Ex or UPS depending on contents and destination. Rush shipping is available for most products to most
locations. For Overnight or 2nd day delivery, order must be placed before 1:00 pm Mountain Time. Rush orders placed after 1:00 pm Mountain Time will ship the following day. Race Werks CAN NOT ship
to P.O. Boxes. If US Postal Service is required, you forfeit the right to any claim on lost or damaged merchandise as well as shipping charges. Shipping charges will not be refunded on refused or undeliverable orders.
OVERSIZED & OVERWEIGHT SHIPMENTS
Skis, unusually heavy orders & oversized products (indicated by the OVERSIZED ICON) are subject to an additional shipping charge of $12.00 not indicated in the rate chart. This charge applies to Ground and Fed-Ex 3-5 Day services only. Skis, oversized or overweight orders requiring faster service, international, Alaskan or Hawaiian destinations will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us for additional information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
In most cases, we use Fed-Ex or the postal service to ship international orders. Shipments leaving the U.S.A. may be subject to import duties, tarrifs, value added taxes (VAT) and/or customs clearance fees that are not included in the shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all additional charges on orders leaving the United States. These charges are not indicated on the Shipping & Processing
chart located on this page and must be determined by the purchaser. Please contact your local Customs office for more information. For destinations other than Canada, please obtain a shipping quote prior to or at the time of placing an order. Only the product cost of a refused international package will be refunded. All shipping charges, both outbound and inbound as well as any additional fees necessary for returning the refused package will be your responsibility.

Due to potential errors, all information in this catalog, including pricing, is subject to change at our discretion and without prior notice.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Race Werks hours of operation for the months of October 13th through March 14th are Mon.-Fri. 8:00 am to 6:00 pm MST, Sat. 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Off season hours from March 14th through
August fluctuate but are typically Mon.-Fri. 9 am to 4 pm MST.
